郭灵辉，副教授，博士生导师，中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所博士，河南理工大学青年骨干教师，美国俄克拉荷马大学空间分析中心访问学者，国家自然科学基金委评审专家。主要从事遥感监测与时空信息技术、自然灾害风险评估、气候变化与生态系统服务等教科研工作，主持国家自然科学基金项目2项，参与国家重点研发等省部级及以上项目多项，在《Science of the Total Environment》、《Remote Sensing》、《Advances in Meteorology》、《地理学报》等专业期刊上发表论文30余篇，出版著作1部。为Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture》、《Remote Sensing》等期刊通讯评审。
主持及参与河南省一流本科课程、河南省高等教育教学改革研究与实践项目、河南省新农科研究与改革实践项目、河南理工大学课程思政样板课程、教育教学改革和实践项目等教育教学改革和质量工程项目6 项。
